The Our American Voice 2022 Summit was held virtually on Thursday, May 12th, 2022 with students and teachers connecting from 16 participating schools. The summit provided an opportunity for OAV students to share their local projects with other members of the OAV learning community. Local and State of Illinois leaders including the OAV Program Team, Gov. JB Pritzker, Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton, and Congressman Rodney Davis offered words of praise for the great work completed by this year's OAV students and encouraged them all to continue their civic engagement.
