Civic Tech connects OAV students and teachers

Our American Voice® is an online curriculum. In 2020-21, to respond to the impact of the pandemic upon in-classroom learning, OAV digitized the Beginning level lessons so teachers could deliver them remotely. Students were able to interact with the materials, connect with their teachers and peers on the digital platforms used by their schools to enhance learning. As students return to the classroom, teachers can “flip” the classroom to allow students to first experience the lesson at home and then come prepared to discuss the concepts in-person with a foundation of knowledge. The Intermediate and Advanced lessons will be available in the digital format soon.
